Administrative set-up

There exists a supreme authority of SoDESH called general council consisting of 30 members with 30% numbers of women representation. Another Executive committee comprising 9 members then is elected by the GC for a period of 2 years, which is responsible for formulation of necessary planning, and development policy with a view to carrying out them in a good manner through appointing required staffs and volunteers. The Executive Committee meets once in every two months while GC at least once a year. Presently, a staff team of 30 members headed by the Executive Director executes all administrative and program functions as per Organogram. In implementation programs, the organization follows various rules and policies including financial manual for smooth execution and management of the programs and projects.
